During our maternity leave, we will open our online store from time to time to allow you to get your winter coats. During these opening days, we still are juggling new life with a newborn baby, so the following change of service will apply:

  • ‘Opening Days‘ dates are communicated via our social media accounts and on the banner on our website

  • Dispatch is slower than usual, taking up to 7 days to process your order.

  • Returns must be communicated via email; once goods are received we will process your refund within 7 days. We will not accept exchanges during this time.

  • After-sales, customer service may be a little slower than usual, taking 48 hours to respond.
