Shipping Information

From April 1st, we will be taking a break to welcome our second baby. Any orders placed the week prior will not be able to be returned until we are back online. Please email us at charlieparkershoundwear@gmail.com; we will be in touch asap.

All of our orders are shipped by Australia Post, we can give delivery estimates based off the Australia Post website. Note during holiday seasons you may expect to wait a little longer.

Australia — $10 standard tracked post; $15 express post
Rest of the world — $30

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for deliveries within Australia, during these promotions you will be required to enter a code at the checkout. Only one discount code can be used per order. It is the customer's responsibility to remember to enter the code at the checkout to receive free delivery.

Dispatch Timeframes


All ‘Ready to Ship’ items will be dispatched within 5 business days from purchasing unless you have ‘Custom Order’ or ‘Pre-Order’ items then they will all be shipped as one package.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All items are meticulously hand-checked prior to sending out for delivery, however in the case of a faulty item please contact within 48 hours of receiving your item.

All returns must be pre-arranged by contacting us beforehand and sent back in the original condition, unused, without dog hair and via a trackable courier or post service such as Australia Post. Any items returned with dog hair will be charged a cleaning fee of $20

We accept returns and exchanges in all items listed in the “Ready to Ship” section of our online shop, we do not accept change of mind on all “Made to Order” and “Custom Coats” items.

All of our “Custom Orders” items are on made-to-order basis, we want to get your order to you as soon as possible so to avoid any delays please ensure submit your measurements prior to making your order. The dispatch time quoted will start once we have these details and your order is placed.
